Build me a polished rhythm music game called Phira in Rust. I want it to feel like a real game, not a demo. Players should be able to open it, choose a song, play a timing based chart with taps and holds, see combo, accuracy, score and clear results, then retry or go back to song select.

Please make it work on desktop first, with the code organized so Android, iOS and Linux or Windows builds are realistic later. Include basic settings for music volume, hit sound volume, timing offset, language and controls. Add a small set of sample assets so the game can be tested right away.

Keep the interface clean and modern, with a showcase style start screen, song list, gameplay screen, pause menu and results screen. Add translation support so strings are not hardcoded. If you need current Rust game or mobile build docs, look them up online and use the best practical approach.
