Build me a full ecommerce web app where people can browse products, search and filter them, view product details, add items to a cart, and place orders. I want users to be able to sign up, log in, and keep their account info and orders saved in the database.

Please make it a full stack app with a React frontend, a Node and Express backend, and MongoDB for data. Set it up so it can run locally with one command for development, and so the frontend can also be built for production.
