Build me a full stack app called HubForge that feels like a lightweight GitHub for teams.

It should have a public landing page, sign up and login with JWT, and a private workspace after sign in. Users should be able to create repositories, mark them public or private, search them, view them, and only the owner should be able to change or delete them. Add issue tracking too, so people can create issues, close them, and reopen them later.

I also want a simple command line workflow that can link a local folder to a repository, stage files, commit, push, pull, and revert versions. File snapshots should be saved to Amazon S3 and shown in the web app with version counts and a download option. Private repos, files, issues, and profiles must stay protected on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
