Build me a full stack changelog and product updates app where admins can log in, create, edit, delete, and publish updates, and regular users can browse a clean public timeline of releases.

I want the public side to show updates in reverse chronological order, let people search by keyword, filter by category like New, Improved, and Fixed, and read nicely formatted markdown with code blocks and cover images. Users should be able to react to a post with a heart, celebration, or rocket, and each signed in user should only be able to use each reaction once. Add a notification area too, with an unread count, a way to mark everything as read, and a simple slide over panel for recent updates.

Please include registration, login, logout, email verification simulation, forgot password, reset password, protected admin routes, short lived access tokens, refresh tokens in secure cookies, and image upload for cover images. Also expose a public JSON feed for published updates. Make it responsive and mobile friendly, and look up current docs online if you need to.
