Build me a full stack shopping app where people can browse products, search and filter them, view a product page, add items to a cart, and go through a simple checkout flow.

I want a clean modern storefront on the front end and a small backend that stores products, users, and orders. Include basic login and signup, a way to save the cart, and a simple account page where someone can see their orders. If it makes sense, add an admin area so products can be created, edited, and removed.

Make it feel like a real online store, with a homepage, product listings, product details, cart, checkout, and order confirmation. Keep the UI polished and responsive so it works well on mobile too.
