Build me a VS Code extension that lets me watch my Hermes agents as little animated pixel people working in a tiny office inside the editor.

I want it to connect to the local Hermes pixel office server, pull the live state from the plugin, and show each agent moving around, sitting at desks, typing, reading, browsing, and using terminals based on what they are actually doing. When a session starts, it should walk in through the door. Subagents should look different, with gold collars and their goal shown like a name tag. If an agent is waiting for approval on a dangerous command, I want a red warning bubble and a clear indicator in the header, plus an optional chime.

Please make it easy to open from the command palette, add a button to start a Hermes terminal, and include a setting for the state URL and whether the office opens on startup. Look up current docs online if you need to.
