Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a tool called REA that helps me reverse engineer apps and binaries with an AI agent. I want to point it at a native app, a JavaScript or Electron app, a .NET assembly, a website, or even firmware files, and have it inspect the target locally, explain how a feature works, and show the evidence behind its conclusions instead of guessing.

It should work from both the terminal and through an agent setup flow, so I can run something like a setup command, connect it to my coding assistant, and then ask plain questions like how a feature is implemented or where a certain behavior comes from. If the target is JavaScript, it should be able to analyze it without needing to run the app. If it is native, it can use external tools when available and guide me through setup. Include a doctor style check for missing requirements, clear install steps, and a polished README that explains how to get started. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
