Build me a cross platform desktop app for screenwriting called Scrite.

It should let me write screenplay scenes in the right format, keep everything offline, and support typing in multiple Indian and international languages. I want to be able to import scripts from Final Draft and HTML, and export finished work as PDF, Final Draft, plain text, or HTML.

Please include useful writing tools like character and location reports, plus a way to add notes for characters and scenes. Make it feel like a polished desktop app on Windows, macOS, and Linux, with a clean writer friendly interface. If there are any current docs or setup details you need, look them up online and follow them.

Also make sure it builds cleanly from source and is organized so I can run it locally from the repo without needing cloud sync or any online account.
