Build me a GitHub Action for mobile CI that can take either an iOS Simulator app or an Android APK, upload it to TesterArmy, run the tests there, and then clean up the uploaded app when it’s done.

I want it to work in a normal GitHub Actions workflow with a simple mode for doing everything in one job, plus separate upload, test, and dynamic PR agent modes so I can split the work across jobs when needed. It should support both push and pull request workflows, return the uploaded app id and the test status, and make it easy to plug in API key, project id, group id, and app path from secrets.
