Build me a WordPress plugin called Engagifii that connects to the Engagifii platform API and lets me show their content on my site.

I want an admin settings page where I can enter my tenant code and API credentials, then use simple shortcodes in pages and posts to display legislation bills, bill details, public officials, official profiles, courses, class listings, event listings, a combined training calendar, and organization profile pages. The listings should look clean and work nicely inside a normal WordPress theme, with detail views for each item and calendar style views where that makes sense.

Please also include the automatic update check from GitHub releases so the plugin can notify me when a new version is available. Keep it compatible with modern WordPress and PHP, and make the front end feel polished and responsive. If you need current WordPress or API related docs while building it, look them up online.
