Build me a job portal called HireFlow where people can sign up as job seekers or employers and use it to post jobs, browse openings, and apply for positions.

I want a clean modern interface on the front end, with separate flows for candidates and recruiters. Job seekers should be able to create a profile, upload a resume, search and filter jobs, save listings, and apply to jobs. Employers should be able to post and manage jobs, view applicants, and update the status of applications. Add login and signup, protected pages, and basic dashboard pages for both sides.

Please make it a full MERN app with the client and server wired together, using a simple database backed API for users, jobs, and applications.
