Build me a small Python tool for auditing my own IP cameras on networks I control.

I want to give it a file of IPs, IP and port pairs, or ranges, then have it check which camera web interfaces are reachable, try a small list of credentials I provide in a config file, and save any successful logins with the IP and port. If a camera supports basic or digest auth, handle that too. It should run in parallel so it can check lots of devices quickly, and it’d be nice if it can also save a snapshot or proof image when it connects.

Please keep it simple to run from the command line, with an input file, output folder, and thread count. If you need to look up current docs online for any library details, go ahead.
