Build me a command line tool that can scan Dahua cameras over P2P and check which devices are online, vulnerable, or using weak passwords.

I want to give it a list of serial numbers or prefixes, then have it run fast with multiple workers, save the results to a CSV, and also create an import file for Dahua software.
