Build me a Laravel admin panel package called Voyager that gives a clean admin area at /admin for managing content with a simple Browse, Read, Edit, Add, and Delete workflow.

I want it to feel like a real out of the box CMS admin, with an installer command, optional dummy data, and a way to create or promote an admin user from the command line. Use the existing Laravel structure and make it work well for Laravel 8 and newer. The admin interface should be easy to use, polished, and ready for someone to install into a fresh app and start managing pages, posts, categories, and settings right away.
