Build me a plugin for an AI coding assistant like Claude Code that gives it a long-term memory. I'm tired of starting a new session and having the AI forget everything we just did.

The plugin should automatically watch my coding sessions, capturing what commands are run and what the AI observes. It should then use AI to compress this history into smart summaries. When I start a new conversation, the plugin's job is to inject the relevant context from past work so the AI is immediately up to speed on my project.

I'd also like a simple local web page where I can view a stream of all the saved memories. It should have a search feature to find things from old sessions and a way for me to mark sensitive information as private so it isn't stored. Use TypeScript to build it out.
