Build me a simple tool that can take a folder full of phone audio files like ringtones, notifications, alarms, and UI sounds, turn each one into a clean static image video with a shared background image and text overlay, then upload them all to YouTube one after another.

I want it to work from the command line on Windows and Linux or Mac, and I want to point it at one folder of audio files and have it figure out the video titles from the folder names and file names automatically. Use a background image from an assets folder, and make the text scale nicely so long names still look good. If YouTube login is needed, set it up so I can authenticate once and reuse that connection later.
