Build me a Windows AI assistant that feels like a real Jarvis for everyday use.

I want it to watch my PC in the background, talk to me by voice, remember things I’ve told it before, and help me with small tasks without me having to babysit it. It should be able to open apps, run commands, read files, help me edit code safely, and ask for confirmation before doing anything risky. I also want it to connect to my Android phone through ADB so I can do basic phone actions from my computer, and to support remote control through Telegram when I’m away.
