Build me a clean personal portfolio site that feels polished and modern, with a strong visual landing page, smooth page and section animations, and an interactive 3D background element like the blobby rotating sphere in the preview. I want it to showcase a handful of projects, feel design focused, and work well on desktop and mobile.

Please make it easy for me to swap out the text, images, colors, and project details so I can adapt it for my own portfolio.
