Build me a full stack real estate marketplace called Homi Estate.

I want people to be able to browse property listings, search and filter through them, view listing details, and post their own properties with photos. Add sign in with Google on the frontend, then keep users logged in with secure JWT cookies on the backend. The app should store users and listings in PostgreSQL, and use a clean modern interface with a homepage, listing pages, and forms for adding or editing properties.

Please make it work end to end, with a React frontend, an Express API, and the database wired up so I can run it locally and seed a few sample listings.
