Build me a personal AI assistant that runs on my own computer and feels like something I can just message. I want to be able to talk to it from a web dashboard, Telegram, and ideally WhatsApp too, and have it remember my preferences and past conversations. It should handle reminders, to do items, scheduled check ins, and alerts when a web page changes. I also want it to be able to help with my files and simple computer tasks, but always ask for approval before doing anything risky outside its safe space.

Please include a clean dashboard where I can see chats, tasks, approvals, logs, and settings. It should support connecting services like calendar, email, and notes so it can answer questions and draft replies. If possible, add a desktop companion with a hotkey and voice input so I can talk to it quickly. Keep everything local by default, make setup straightforward, and show me clearly what it is doing at all times.
