Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small web app for displaying live target shooting results.

It should listen for incoming shot data over a TCP socket, parse the incoming packets, save the shots into a MariaDB database, and show the current targets in a browser with a simple front end. I want a Flask based API that the page can poll automatically, and a clean page that draws the shot positions on a target with crosshairs, plus a fullscreen view. The app should be able to run both the web server and the TCP listener together, but also let me start each one separately if needed.

Please include a basic home page, a target page, and a credits page, and make it work with plain JavaScript on the client side. Use the database schema to store programs, series, and shots, and load everything from environment variables so I can connect it to my own MariaDB instance. If anything is unclear, check the current docs online first.
