Build me a local first personal AI operations app called Friday. I want it to feel like a private AI assistant that can take a goal from me, check what tools and permissions it has, ask for approval before doing anything risky, then do the work and show evidence afterward.

It should support bringing my own AI keys, a local web UI, memory I can inspect or delete, approval gates, progress updates, receipts, verification, and rollback where possible. It should be able to work with files, PDFs, web search, browser style tasks, workflows, and reusable skills, but generated skills should start as reviewable candidates instead of running blindly.

Please make the first run experience friendly, with setup for providers, permissions, optional trusted inbound channels like Discord, Telegram, and Lark or Feishu, and clear messages when something needs a human login, CAPTCHA, payment, or missing credential.
