Please build me a simple static demo website for a mobile citizen services style app called yObywatel. It should feel like someone is opening an app on their phone in the browser, with a home screen, a documents screen, an ID view, a card view, services, QR code, and a more menu.

Keep it clean and realistic looking, but make it obvious this is only a demo with fake placeholder data, not a real government document or verification tool. I want easy navigation between the pages, a mobile first layout, readable Polish labels where they make sense, simple icons or existing images from the assets folder, and a consistent header and bottom menu.

The QR page can show a sample code or placeholder. The ID and document screens should show sample user details that are clearly fictional. Keep it all lightweight so it can be hosted on GitHub Pages as plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
