Build me a complete DX GUI library for MTA San Andreas called dgs.

I want it to let scripts create and manage common interface elements like windows, buttons, labels, edits, and other basic controls using familiar MTA style functions. It should feel easy to use, with a strong property based system so elements can be styled and customized a lot without rewriting everything.

Please include support for a simple style system, animations, utility helpers, client and server parts if needed, and a few built in commands for checking version, showing debug info, and updating the resource. Keep the resource name as dgs so it works correctly in MTA.

Make it clean, usable, and ready for people to drop into a server and build UIs with right away. If you need current MTA docs or examples, look them up online first.
