Build me a complete Moroccan e commerce admin system called Norelix.

I want it to run locally with one command, ideally with Docker, and open a frontend on localhost 5173 and an API on localhost 4000. It should include a full login and registration flow for customers and sellers, an admin account by default, and a protected dashboard after sign in. The app should let me manage products, orders, sellers, profile, settings, and see basic stats and sales info.

Use a clean modern interface with the same color style throughout, and make it feel like a real production app for Moroccan users, including a big list of Moroccan cities already available in the database. I also want the backend and frontend to talk through a proper API with authentication, validation, and database storage.
