tiagolr/time12 — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a cross platform audio effect plugin called TIME 12 that works like an envelope based delay modulator, in the same spirit as GrossBeat or ShaperBox. I want it to do stutter, tape stop, glitch, scratch, reverse, pitch style moves, and similar rhythmic effects. It should have a pattern editor with multiple point types, paint mode with editable custom shapes, 12 patterns that can be triggered by MIDI notes, tempo sync or Hz rate, audio transient triggering including sidechain input, pattern changes that can stay locked to the beat, a built in sequencer with randomizing, presets, and solid undo and redo.

Please make it work on Windows, Linux, and macOS, and produce the usual plugin builds, especially VST3, plus LV2 and AU where appropriate. Use the existing codebase and get it building cleanly from source with sensible release settings. If anything is missing or outdated, look up the current docs online and wire it up so the project is actually usable and shippable.
