Build me a complete Android kernel based root project called KernelSU. I want it to let supported devices grant and manage su access from the kernel, with a simple Android manager app where I can see which apps have root, approve or deny requests, and lock down root power per app using profiles.

It should also support installable modules for systemless changes, so users can add or remove modifications without directly changing the system partition.
