Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Claude Code plugin called AutoHarness that can watch real sessions, turn useful sessions into skills, keep updating those skills as they get used, and clean out ones that nobody uses anymore.

I want it to feel invisible once installed, with zero setup if possible, and it should only manage the skills it created itself. When a session has enough work in it, it should automatically distill that into a new skill, and I also want a manual /learn command to do the same thing on demand. If two skills are basically about the same situation, merge them instead of piling up duplicates.

Please make it work on Python 3.11 or newer, on Linux and macOS, and include the plugin files, hooks, docs, and tests so it’s actually usable. Keep the existing skills folder clean, store any self authored state separately, and make sure the session start shows a grouped index of the learned skills. If you need current Claude Code plugin details, look them up online first.

Are you gonna build this?
