Build me a local dev tool for microservice apps on Kubernetes, something like Tilt.

I want a command I can run like tilt up that watches my code, rebuilds the right container images when files change, and updates the running app automatically so my dev environment stays in sync without me doing manual docker build and kubectl apply steps.

It should make it easy to define a team shared dev setup in code, work well for multiple services, and be friendly for common stacks like Go, Node, Python, Java, and static sites. If there’s a simple web UI or status view that helps show what is running and what is rebuilding, include that too.
