Build me a full ecommerce web app where people can sign up and log in, browse products, add things to a cart, and also buy instantly with a Buy Now button. I want an admin area too, so I can add, edit, and remove products, and keep track of orders.

Please make the customer side feel simple and clean, with product listings, product detail pages, cart, checkout, order history, and a way to quickly add past items back to the cart. Use secure login with JWT, and connect payments through Razorpay for checkout.

Set it up as a full stack app with a separate backend and frontend, and make sure the whole flow works end to end. If you need to check current docs for anything, go ahead and look them up online. I mainly want a working version I can run locally and then extend later.
