Build me a polished web app called VendorBridge ERP for managing company purchasing and vendors.

I want separate logins for admin, procurement manager, procurement officer, and vendor. Admin can manage users and vendors. Officers can create RFQs with multiple items, invite chosen vendors, review submitted quotes, and compare bids side by side with the lowest prices clearly highlighted. Vendors should only see the RFQs they were invited to and be able to submit prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

Managers need an approvals page where they can approve a selected quotation. After approval, the app should automatically create a purchase order, then later create an invoice once delivery is verified. Purchase orders and invoices should have clean print and PDF views.

Please include a dashboard with spend and vendor performance charts, status badges, and an activity log that records important actions with dates and users. Use the modern Next.js, Tailwind, MongoDB style stack from this project, and look up current docs online if you need to.
