Build me a simple command line tool for managing Node.js versions on macOS and Linux.

I want it to let me install a specific Node version, like a number, lts, or latest, and keep a cache so I can reinstall from local copies later. I also want an interactive mode where I can open the tool, see the versions I already have, move up and down to pick one, install it, or delete one I do not need anymore.

It should be able to read the version from a file in the current folder, like .n-node-version, .node-version, or .nvmrc, and also fall back to the engines field in package.json if that is available. Please make it work without any weird shell setup if possible, and handle switching the active Node version cleanly. If you need to check current download or version rules, look up the latest docs online first.
