tmux-plugins/tmux-resurrect ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a tmux plugin that saves my whole tmux setup and brings it back after I restart my computer or close tmux by accident.

I want it to remember all my sessions, windows, panes, the layout, which pane was active, the working folder in each pane, and the running programs inside them when possible. It should be easy to use, with simple keyboard shortcuts for saving and restoring, and it should work without me having to set up much at all.

If possible, also support restoring vim and neovim sessions, and let me save and restore pane contents too. Make it idempotent, so restoring does not mess up panes or windows that are already open. It should be installable as a normal tmux plugin or by sourcing one file directly, and it should work on Linux and macOS. If you need current tmux or plugin docs to match the right behavior, look them up online first.
