Build me a simple Django chatbot web app that lets a user open a chat page and talk to a bot in a clean, modern interface.

I want it to feel like a finished demo, with a homepage, a chat screen, message bubbles, and a nice layout that works well on desktop and mobile. Use the HTML template that’s already in the repo as the starting point if it fits, and wire it up so messages can be sent and shown in the conversation. If you need current Django or frontend docs to make it work cleanly, look them up online.

Keep the experience straightforward, make it easy to run locally, and add any basic setup steps that are needed so I can test it right away.
