Build me a simple social media website with Django, based on the existing template in this repo.

I want users to be able to sign up, log in, create a profile, post updates, and see a feed of posts from other users. It should feel like a basic modern social app, with clean pages for the home feed, user profiles, and post creation. Use the current project structure and make it work end to end, including the database models, views, templates, static styling, and any media uploads that are needed.

If anything is unclear, follow the style of the template files already in the project, and look up current Django docs online if you need to.
