Build me a Flutter habit tracker app UI based on the PixelTrue habit builder style. I mainly need the polished screens and navigation, not a full backend.

It should feel like a friendly habit building mobile app with onboarding screens, sign up, login, forgot password, and a main habit dashboard. Use cute illustrations from assets where appropriate, nice spacing, rounded cards, soft colors, and a clean modern layout. The user should be able to move through the onboarding, go to auth screens, and land on the habit app home screen with example habits and progress shown visually.

Keep the code simple and easy to understand so I can tweak the text, colors, and images later. Make it run on iOS and Android. If anything is unclear, match the existing UI kit screenshots and look up current Flutter docs if you need to.
