Build me this self hosted AI voice agent stack so I can go from a fresh Ubuntu VPS to a working phone receptionist that answers calls, makes outbound calls, and lets me talk to it in the browser.

I want the full setup to be easy to run with scripts, including the server setup, HTTPS, phone number hookup, voice pipeline, and a simple dashboard where I can create agents, try the voice, see call logs, and check usage and cost in INR. Use the same kind of receptionist flow and prompt setup that this repo already describes, and make sure interrupting the agent mid sentence works properly.

Keep it fully self hosted, keep provider keys on the server, and make the deployment as close to one command as possible. If anything needs current docs or setup details, look them up online and make the scripts work end to end.
