Build me a Vim plugin that lets me work with databases from inside Vim in a simple way.

I want one main command, :DB, that can take a database URL and either open an interactive console or run a query right away. It should work with common databases like Postgres, MySQL, SQLite, Redis, MongoDB, and a few others, and it should also be easy to extend with new connection types later.

Please make it so I can run part of the current file as a query, send in a SQL file with a redirect style syntax, and save a connection URL in a Vim variable for reuse. It would also be great if it can use a default connection from the project folder, and understand a couple of common URL style formats people already use.

Keep the experience simple and modern, with results shown inside Vim in a useful preview window. If you need to check current Vim plugin docs or behavior details, look them up online.
