Build me a native Redis for Windows that I can compile and run on my machine.

I want it to work like Redis 5 on Windows, so I can start the server, connect with the normal Redis tools, and use the usual data types like strings, lists, sets, hashes, sorted sets, streams, and hyperloglogs. Please make sure it builds cleanly from source on Windows, starts up with the sample config, and can run as a Windows service too if that is already part of this project.

If anything needs checking in the docs or current setup, go ahead and look it up online. After that, make whatever code or build fixes are needed so the project can be compiled, tested, and launched without me having to figure out the internals.
