Build me a Trace Labs style OSINT virtual machine setup that I can import into VirtualBox or VMware, with a simple way to build it from source too.

I want the base image to be Debian or Kali based, with a default login ready to use, Obsidian preinstalled with a TL Vault on the desktop, and Firefox hardened for OSINT work. Include a helper script that can be run later on any Debian based machine to install a useful OSINT toolset on demand, so the VM itself stays small. It should also add a self heal and update shortcut and preloaded OSINT bookmarks.

Please make the build process work from the command line, ideally with Docker support, and include separate build options for VirtualBox, VMware, and arm64 Apple silicon where possible. If you need current package or build details, look them up online. Keep it polished enough that someone can download a release, import it, and start using it right away.
