Build me a TypeScript command line tool that helps coding agents understand a codebase faster and stop forgetting what they already learned.

I want it to scan a repo, build a local graph of the important parts of the code, and write simple linked markdown files that explain how things connect in plain English. It should have an init flow that sets up the repo for Claude Code and other agents, adds the needed config and hooks, and keeps the graph out of git. Give me commands to build the graph, search it, map it, inspect callers, and view it in a browser if possible. It should stay fresh when files change, work locally without a server, and support a few common languages well enough to be useful. If you need to look up current docs for agent integrations or MCP, do that. Keep it fast, practical, and something I can drop into an existing repo without a lot of setup.

Are you gonna build this?
