Build me a polished web app called OpenSkills, a place where people can discover, browse, search, and share open source AI skills and GitHub repos in one spot. I want a nice landing page, smart search with a quick keyboard shortcut, category browsing, featured and trending sections, curated collections, a resource library, and a prompt library with useful prompts for things like coding, writing, marketing, research, and automation.

Please include detailed skill views, a submit form for community submissions, and an admin area where submissions can be approved, rejected, or edited. Add local bookmarks so users can save favorites, support both English and Hindi, include dark and light mode, and let people switch between a card grid and a compact table view. If there are AI features, hook them up through Gemini with an environment variable for the API key.

Make it feel modern, responsive, and easy to use. Seed it with sample data so it looks complete right away. You can look up current docs online if needed.
