I want to create a hub for the Claude community, basically a classic "awesome list" hosted on GitHub. The page should be a single, well-formatted document that collects and organizes resources about Claude Skills.

It needs a nice header image and some standard badges, like the "Awesome" badge. The main content will be lists of these skills. I'd like to split them into two main sections: "Official Skills" from Anthropic and "Community Skills." Please categorize them further, like "Document Skills" for things that handle PDFs and Word docs, "Design & Creative" for art generation, and "Development" for coding tools.

For each skill in the list, just show its name, a brief one-sentence description of what it does, and a link to its GitHub page or wherever it's hosted. Finally, add a section explaining how other people can contribute to the list by suggesting new skills.
