trinodb/trino ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want this Trino repo set up so I can actually run it locally as a working development server, not just compile it. Please build it the recommended way on Mac or Linux with Java 25 and Docker, skip the long full test suite unless something needs it, and get the sample setup running so I can use the built in TPCH data.

Once it is up, start the local server in the normal development mode and make sure I can connect with the CLI and run a couple of proof queries, like listing cluster nodes and reading from the tiny TPCH region table. If there is a sensible IDE run configuration for developers, set that up too so it is easy to start again later.

Please keep the setup close to the official project conventions, and leave clear notes or scripts for how to rebuild, rerun, and where to add more plugins or catalogs later. You can check the current Trino docs online if needed.
