Build me an open source CRM where the AI agent does most of the busywork instead of a human clicking around all day.

I want a simple internal app for contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and an overview dashboard, with the agent quietly researching people and companies in the background, pulling in evidence from things like emails, meeting history, and public sources when available. It should keep running on its own schedule, remember work across reloads, and show a clear activity trail for every contact or company so I can see what it checked, what it learned, and why it made a suggestion.

Please make it single tenant, with Google sign in and a simple allow list for access. Add an Agent tab on records so I can watch the agent’s reasoning and follow ups, and make sure it never guesses facts about people, only records what it can actually observe. Use the current docs online if you need to, and keep it polished enough that a small team could actually use it.
