Build me an Arabic Android TV and Google TV setup that replaces the default home screen with a clean Arabic launcher and adds a Saudi themed screensaver. I want it to feel simple for family use, with favourites, all apps, inputs, Wi Fi, settings, and a few useful extras like tasks, Quran and radio, prayer times, Hijri date, weather, and match info on the screensaver. Please make the whole thing safe and reversible, so I can go back to the stock TV home anytime if needed.

Also include the light speed up changes that turn off annoying telemetry, ads, demos, and background junk without breaking voice, AirPlay, or Chromecast.
