Build me a simple app that lets me share a terminal in the browser over the web.

I want it to run a terminal command on the server and show the live session in a web page, with a clean terminal feel, good support for special characters and CJK text, and the ability to type into the terminal when I allow it. It should support basic login protection, SSL so I can run it securely, and an option to pass in a custom command, working directory, port, and other small settings from the command line.
