Build me a polished full stack starter app like this repo, with a modern React frontend and a small backend that work together out of the box.

I want a clean landing page, proper routing, authentication, database access, and a few example API calls so I can see the whole flow from UI to server to database. Please use the same general vibe as this project, with a monorepo setup, reusable UI components, internationalization, and a structure that feels organized for a real product, not just a demo.

Make it easy to run locally with Docker, and keep it ready for deployment too. If you need to check current docs online for TanStack Start, Hono, better auth, drizzle, or the other tools involved, do that.

Please include sensible defaults, example env files, and enough comments or setup help so I can understand how to extend it later.
