Build me a web app that lets me turn a complex architecture diagram into a polished interactive story.

I want to upload or create a diagram, then move a camera smoothly around it, zoom into parts of the system, and play it back like a cinematic walkthrough. It should support connecting services with animated lines, adding voiceover, captions, and timing for each scene, and letting me preview everything in the browser before exporting.

Please make it feel like a clean presentation tool for explaining systems to other people, not a technical diagram editor. It should work offline once built, and I should be able to export the final result as a single standalone HTML file, and if possible also as a video file for sharing.
