Build me a calm keyboard driven Linux desktop setup for a fresh Arch install, something that turns a basic system into a polished Hyprland workspace that is ready right after login.

I want the installer to ask a few simple questions for my browser, terminal, and editor, then set everything up with sensible defaults, themes, wallpapers, and the everyday tools already wired in. It should include a top bar, an app launcher, menus for Wi Fi, Bluetooth, audio, displays, power, themes, clipboard, and emojis, plus screenshot and screen recording tools, reminders, OCR, calculator, and web apps. Please make the shortcuts easy to learn, with a way to see all key bindings, and make sure updates and theme changes do not overwrite my personal config. If anything breaks, it should fall back safely and not strand me. Use current upstream docs online if you need to.
